Through a holistic practical approach that combines nutritional and lifestyle science we want to educate and empower you to live better, for longer.
About
Reed Nutrition is led by Josh Reed, an Accredited Practising Dietitian, Accredited Sports Dietitian, Accredited Nutritionist and Personal Trainer with over a decade of experience.
Specialising in gut health, sports performance and supporting people with disabilities, Josh works with a diverse range of clients, from professional athletes to those with multiple medical conditions., providing support at all levels to improve health and wellbeing. He is a Lecturer in food intolerance and gut health at Bond University, and is a contributor to publications such as Body & Soul and WILD Magazine. Josh also has extensive knowledge in plant-based nutrition.
With a holistic mind-body approach, Josh can work with you to create comprehensive and personalised nutrition and meal plans, along with exercise and health-habits education, skill development and tailored lifestyle plans.
Working from Byron Bay, Josh supports clients locally in-person and nationally via telehealth.
As an experienced speaker and facilitator, Josh is available for speaking engagements and workshops.

Josh has completed a Bachelor of Nutrition & Dietetics with Distinction, Certificate IV Fitness, and numerous further studies in food intolerance, allergies, FODMAPs and cognitive health.

Sarah is our Social Media Manager Dietitian here at Reed Nutrition.
After completing her Master’s of Nutrition and Dietetic Practice at Bond University, Sarah quickly found herself immersed in the world of media and marketing, combining her love for nutrition with her creativity. She is passionate about plant-based nutrition, gut health and sports nutrition. Coming from Canada, she enjoys spending as much time as possible at the beach and enjoying the beautiful weather Australia has to offer!
